I started Mint Shape Money because I know that not every entrepreneur needs, wants or is ready to hire a bookkeeper – but SO many have questions and/or need help here and there. If you have a question related to business finances, these consultations are for you – whether you’re incorporated or a sole proprietor trying to figure out whether to charge HST or not.
Once a session is scheduled and paid for, it is considered ‘firm’ and we request that you do not cancel except in case of emergency. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate a re-schedule.
I’ve found that an hour is sufficient for the vast majority of questions. That said, if you are certain you need/want more time, please feel free to reach out about a custom booking. Also, if I think we need more than an hour once I receive input from you regarding your topic, I will let you know and we can proceed accordingly (either covering off a chunk in the hour we have – or adding on some time).
